BEREA, Ky. — Berea animal lovers will have a chance to turn a favorite pet photo into a painted keepsake during a Paint Your Pet Paint Party on Sunday, May 17.
The event is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at One Eyed Jack’s Social Club, located at 107 Clay Dr. in Berea. The event is being offered in celebration of National Pet Month.
🎨 A Guided Project for Pet Owners
Participants can choose between a “Pop Art” style painting or a more realistic painting of their pet. According to the event organizers, no drawing or painting experience is required. Pet images are pre-drawn on canvas before the event so participants can focus entirely on the painting process.
The setup is designed to make the event accessible for those who may like the idea of a pet portrait but do not usually consider themselves artists.
