RICHMOND, Ky. — Tuesday evenings at Irvine-McDowell Park are once again becoming a weekly community stop as the city kicks off another season of Tasty Tuesdays.
The recurring event is held every Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the park, with live music beginning at 6:00 p.m. While the park remains open for the series and other activities, the Irvinton House Museum at the park is currently listed as closed for construction.
🍔 What to Expect at Tasty Tuesdays
The series is designed as an easy, drop-in event for families and residents. Visitors can find a rotating lineup of food vendors each week, providing a variety of dinner options in a park setting.
In addition to the food and music, the Madison County Farmers Market sets up weekly during the event. This allows visitors to pick up local produce or handmade goods while enjoying the evening’s entertainment. Because the vendor and music lineups change weekly, the city encourages visitors to follow Richmond Parks and Recreation on social media for the latest updates.

🏛️ A Note on the Irvinton House
While the outdoor events continue as scheduled, the Irvinton House Museum is currently closed to the public for renovation work. The park is also home to Richmond Parks and Recreation facilities and various outdoor amenities.
The closure affects the interior museum space and the immediate construction area, but does not impact the surrounding park amenities or the Tasty Tuesday event space.
