“an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” – Ben Franklin
The Sept 17 and 18th performances of Harvey were canceled due to two positive cases of COVID in the cast. It is unknown if they are isolated cases or were passed on stage, so we are simply eliminating the possibility of spreading the virus any further with this group. Thank you for all who attended the performances. This cast was top-notch and this was one of the finest and sharpest productions in my Spotlight experience. – Director Chad Hembree
Additionally – Two American Tales (Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Bayou) are being postponed to later dates.
We will not be starting any more Community (Bluegrass Players / Spotlight Players) productions until the Madison County incident numbers have fallen.
All Spotlight Acting School productions are still on schedule and are performing with masks. The ticketing system is still enforcing spacing between parties. We ask all patrons to wear face coverings when visiting.
