All Girls Youth League Basketball

Kentucky Crush will be starting a youth league for girls only, August, 2014. We want to encourage girls to participate and compete at basketball at a young age. Through Ky Crush youth league, we will teach girls the fundamental skills that will prepare them to compete at the next level. There will be two divisions 2nd-3rd grade and 4th-5th grade.

Practices will start the week of August 25. Teams will practice once or twice a week for an hour. 7th annual Mike’s Kids Education Foundation Golf Scramble

It’s almost that time again! The 7th Annual Mike’s Kids Education Foundation Golf Scramble is slated for Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at Arlington Golf Course in Richmond. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. An awards banquet immediately follows the scramble.

Mike’s Kids Education Foundation was created in honor of Billy Michael Caudill, who served as superintendent of Madison County Schools from July 2001 to December 2007. Mike believed in Madison County Schools. And he believed in the ability of every student to succeed if they were given the right tools.

Prudy Meadows (center) along with her two sons Nathan Meadows (left) and Erikke Meadows (right) graduated from the National College Richmond Campus on Friday, May 2, 2014. The commencement ceremony was held at the First Baptist Church in Richmond. Prudy was the recipient of the National College Achievement Award, which is given to a graduate who overcame obstacles to reach their academic goals.
