Billy Michael Caudill
Billy Michael Caudill

Mike’s Kids Education Foundation was created in honor of Billy Michael Caudill, who was superintendent of Madison County Schools from July 2001 to December 2007.

Mike believed in Madison County and every student the school system had in its care. He believed every student had the ability to succeed if they were given the right tools. Mike’s Kids are the students who have the potential of continuing their education but need a little extra push to stay on track and reach their potential. The scholarship recipients are Mike’s Kids who exhibit leadership, trust, good moral character and a caring attitude toward others.

The foundation has provided $5,000 in scholarships to Madison Central High graduates and $5,000 in scholarships to Madison Southern High graduates. So far, $45,000 in literacy grants have been provided to Madison County Continue reading Mike’s Kids Education Foundation
