Drug Arrests: On 06/10/2019 officers were called to Redi Mart on Paint Lick Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The vehicle was occupied by three females, one of which had an outstanding arrest warrant.
Several syringes were located in the vehicle, and each of the three subjects were in possession of suspected Methamphetamine.
Officers arrested 18 year old Alexius Sizemore of Manchester KY, 22 year old Natosha Rains of Barbourville KY, and 28 year old Ashley Lewis of Manchester KY.
All three were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) and Drug Paraphernalia Possession. Rains was also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Public Intoxication.
Alcohol Intoxication: On 06/08/2019 officers were called to a disturbance on Boone Street. Before they arrived, a male subject was observed running behind a shed at the residence. The subject was located hiding in a shed and showed several signs of intoxication.
Officers arrested 51 year old David Swafford of Berea KY and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
Public Intoxication: On 06/07/2019 a officer was in court and observed a subject who showed signs of being under the influence.
Officers arrested 32 year old Felisha Moore of Paint Lick KY and charged her with Public Intoxication.
Theft/Littering Arrest: On 06/07/2019 officers were called to an apartment complex on Herndon Street in reference to someone throwing garbage in the parking lot. A female was located going through a dumpster, and she had thrown a large amount of trash in the parking lot. She was also standing on a table that she had taken without permission from one of the apartments.
Officers arrested 42 year old Sandra Sturgill of Ravenna KY and charged her with Theft By Unlawful Taking U/$500 and Criminal Littering.
DUI Arrest: On 06/07/2019 officers were called to the area of Richmond Road in reference to a possible drunk driver. The vehicle was located on Glades Road and a traffic stop was conducted after the vehicle almost caused a collision. The driver had a strong odor of alcohol and showed several signs of intoxication.
Officers arrested 48 year old Marilyn Grant of Berea KY and charged her with Reckless Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense.
DUI Arrest: On 06/04/2019 officers were called to Legacy Drive in reference to a motor vehicle collision involving a moped. The driver of the moped had a strong odor of alcohol and showed several signs of intoxication.
Officers arrested 28 year old Sean Secor of Berea KY and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 1st Offense.
