Berea Parks and Recreation is seeking local businesses to participate in their 17th annual Halloween at the Park event. It will be held on Wednesday, October 31st from 6-8 pm at Berea City Park. This is such a great opportunity for businesses to advertise for free to thousands of people while participating in a long-standing community event.
All booths will be set up around the lighted portion of the paved walking trail. Businesses will be supplied with one 8-foot table, two chairs & access to 1-110 electrical outlet. There’s NO registration fee. It’s FREE to participate. Pop up tents & other supplies/decorations are the responsibility of the vendor. We do encourage you to decorate your booth for a chance to win the “Best Decorated Booth Contest”.
Participating businesses and organizations are asked to provide and hand out pre-packaged candy and/or small toys (expected attendance: (1,000-1,500). Participants may also hand out small promotional items. Again, participation is FREE, and it’s an opportunity show your business supports a safe and fun Halloween tradition in Berea. Vendors are encouraged to dress up for a more festive environment.
