Saint Joseph Berea to Discuss Importance of Sleep on Overall Health During Bite Size Learning Event

Saint Joseph Berea, part of KentuckyOne Health, invites the community to learn more about the importance of sleep on your overall health, at the free Bite Size Learning event on Wednesday, January 24. The event will take place at noon on the Berea College Campus in The Commons Room of the Woods-Penniman Building, located at the corner of Prospect and Scaffold Cane. Parking is available in the Presser Lot or behind Boone Tavern.

Derrick Williams, DO, KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates, will be the featured guest speaker at the program. This program is part of a series of Bite Size Learning events for the year, sponsored by Saint Joseph Berea and Thrive!, Berea College’s health and wellness program. At each event, a physician or staff member from Saint Joseph Berea will host a special lunch-and-learn-style presentation on a different health topic to increase awareness and educate the public.

The event is open to the public and advance registration is requested by January 22, 2018. Saint Joseph Berea provides free lunch to registered attendees. To register, call 859.985.3968.
