Drug Arrests: Three people were arrested on heroin and methamphetamine charges Friday after a search warrant was executed at a residence on Peytontown Road in Richmond. More than $2,000 in cash, 1.5 grams of heroin, a gram of methamphetamine and a small amount of marijuana were seized from the home. Two children were in the residence and social services were contacted. People who live that way will appreciate slowing down the traffic in and out of that house, and anytime methamphetamine and heroin is taken off the streets it’s good for the community, Heather Nicole Anderson, 30, of Peytontown Road, was charged with first-degree trafficking in heroin, first- degree methamphetamine possession, marijuana possession and unauthorized possession of a food stamp card.
Matthey Ryan Anderson, 31, of Peytontown Road, and Heather Shannon Stewart, 29, of Allen Douglas Drive, were charged with first-degree heroin possession and drug paraphernalia. Stweart was additionally served a warrant charging her with contempt of court for prior drug charges.
All three were lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.The Madison County HIDTA Drug Task Force is staffed by officers from the Berea Police Department, Kentucky State Police, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Richmond Police Department, and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.
Wanted: On 08/24/2015 this subject was with another subject who broke into a vehicle at the YMCA. The suspect later went to Richmond Walmart and purchased gift cards with the stolen credit cards. This suspect was a passenger in the 2003 Silver Chevrolet Impala License 941-TMS. The vehicle is a 2003 Chevrolet Impala belonging to Melissa or Jeffery Chenowith. There are currently outstanding warrants on Jeffery Chenowith. If you know this subjects name contact Officer Ellis at 859 623-1162.
