Richmond Police Report Aug. 19, 2015


Update: On 08/19/2015 Jordan Cunnigan, 20 of Falls Street London, Kentucky turned herself in. She was charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking on the Richmond Shoplifting case and Burglary 3rd in reference to the Berea, Kentucky Walmart Computer theft. Jordan was already on probation for other offences. She was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

Original release: On 07/29/2015 these two were stopped at Richmond Walmart as they were exiting the store for a receipt. Suspect acts like he is getting a receipt and he and the female ran to a vehicle and fled the scene in the white or silver small 4 door vehicle in the photo.

Suspects stole a Vizio 39 inch. These same two subjects stole a Acer, All in One computer from Berea Walmart the same day.


Burglary Arrest: On 08/14/2015, police charged Diana L. Byards, age 36, no permanent address, Richmond, in connection with the burglary of a residence.

On 08/07/2015, a resident of Keri Ann Drive reported that her unsecured residence had been unlawfully entered during the morning hours and a large number of DVDs were stolen. A witness identified Byards as a potential suspect after seeing her leave the residence in question.

The follow-up investigation revealed that on the same date, Byards sold 30 of the stolen DVDs to a local business. The items were recovered and returned to the rightful owner.

On 08/14/2015, Byards was located and interviewed at the police station, after which she was charged for Burglary 2nd Degree and Theft by Deception Under $500. She was lodged in the MCDC.
