2014 Unpaid Berea Property Tax Bills

City of Berea property tax bills are mailed one time per year, usually in October. Assessments are prepared by the Madison County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA). Property tax rates, due dates, penalty and interest amounts are determined annually by the Berea City Council based on assessed values provided by the Madison County Property Valuation Administrator (859-623-5410). Per Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) the owner for a particular tax year is determined by owner of record as of January 1 of that tax year. Property tax bills are mailed to the address on file with the Madison County PVA. For changes of address or information regarding assessments and exemptions, please contact the Madison County PVA at (859) 623-5410 or visit their website at qpublic.net/ky/madison/.

Tax payments should be mailed to City of Berea, Berea City Hall, 212 Chestnut Street, Berea, KY 40403.
