Berea Parks & Recreation is excited to announce the 11th Annual Halloween at the Park! The event will take place on Thursday, October 31st from 6pm-8pm at the Berea City Park. This is a free public event designed for children ages 12 & under. In an effort to create a community atmosphere, we are inviting local businesses & organizations to get involved by setting up a booth & handing out candy/toys.
Booth Set Up:
All booths will be set up around the lighted portion of the paved walking trail at the Berea City Park. The first 40 businesses to register will be supplied with one 8 foot table, two chairs & access to 1-110 electrical outlet. Pop up tents & other supplies/decorations are the responsibility of the vendor. We do encourage you to decorate your booth for a chance to win the “Best Decorated Booth Contest”!
NOTE: If your booth requires electricity, please mark it on the registration form-access is available on a first come, first served basis.
Trick or Treat:
Participating businesses/organizations are asked to provide & hand out their own individual prepackaged candy or toys (expected attendance: 5,000). In addition to candy/toys, participants may also hand out prizes & promotional items. Participation is free. The vendor staff is encouraged to dress up for a more a festive environment.

Once your registration form has been received, you’ll be contacted with further details! Businesses/organizations that are unable to participate but want to be involved, can do so by donating candy/toys for the event.
