Frances “Fran” Adams, 59, died suddenly Monday, July 19, 2017 at her residence. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Born November 18, 1957 in Berea, daughter of the late Oakley and Ada Anglin Adams.

Donnie Samuel Cornett, age 73, of Climax Road in McKee, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center in Richmond. Donnie was born in Madison County to the late Samuel Harrison and Verga Alice Thomas Cornett.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed being outdoors and spending time with his family. He was still an active farmer and a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Garrett Cornett, two sons Harrison Scott (Lisa) Cornett and Chad Everett (Carolyn) Cornett; two sisters Hazel (Drew) Garrett and Merritta Ann (Lee) Johnson; four grandchildren, Jacklynn Brooke (Ryan) Richardson, Clayton Riley Cornett, Coleston Charles Cornett, and Carson Samuel Cornett; one great granddaughter Adalynn Marie Richardson and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Inez Moore, 70, of Berea, KY, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by family on July 9, 2017. She lived a long and joyous life where she enjoyed working as a beautician for 32 years. She loved spending time with family and friends, especially her three grandsons. Inez loved to cook for a crowd, and as the oldest of nine children was always host to family events. She was a member of White Lick Baptist Church.

Benjamin Walker West, 35, of Berea, KY transitioned to eternal life on Saturday, June 10, 2017.  Ben was born September 2, 1981.  He was the son of Rufus William West (Mary Ann West) and Rene Brandenburg West.   He was a United States Army veteran.
