Richmond Police Report Mar. 22, 2018


Wanted: Probation Violation Warrant for: Assault 3rd Degree-Police Officer, Tampering with Physical Evidence, DUI aggravated circumstance, (2) counts of Menacing, and Resisting Arrest.

On 03/22/2018 at approximately 1:48 AM, Richmond Police stopped a vehicle suspected of DUI. The officer made contact with the operator of the vehicle who was identified as Zaelin Crutcher (19). Mr. Crutcher was found to have an active felony probation violation warrant for being guilty of the above charges in 2017. As the officer attempted to place Mr. Crutcher under arrest, Crutcher struck the officer in the face and during the struggle fled the scene. Mr. Crutcher is wanted and being sought for the existing probation violation warrant and additional charges including Assault 3rd Degree-Police Officer.
