Berea Police Report Nov. 11-13-2017

ARRESTED

Drug Arrest: On 11/09/2017 officers were called to the Quality Inn in reference to possible drug activity in the parking lot. Two subjects were located sitting in vehicles at the rear of the hotel. Inside one of the vehicles officers located two plastic bags containing a white crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine. The subject was also in possession of several plastic baggies and $340 in cash. The second subject attempted several times to give a false name, and it was discovered that he had an active arrest warrant.

Officers arrested 45 year old Wendell Parker of Berea KY and 39 year old Raymond Harris of Berea KY. Parker was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and Drug Paraphernalia Possession. Harris was charged with Giving an Officer False Identifying Information.

ARRESTED

Disorderly Conduct: On 11/07/2017 officers were called to Brooklyn Blvd in reference to a female throwing clothes out of an apartment. When they arrived, she was located outside of the apartment, and was cursing at neighbors.

Officers arrested 45 year old Lisa Sidles of Irvine KY and charged her with Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

ARRESTED

Alcohol Intoxication: On 11/07/2017 officers were called to Fairfield Inn in reference to an intoxicated subject in the lobby. When they arrived, they located the subject in the parking lot, and he showed several signs of intoxication.

Officers arrested 40 year old Terry Arispe of Laporte TX and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.

ARRESTED

Drug Arrest: On 11/07/2017 officers were called to the area of Glades Road and Highway 1016 in reference to a person stumbling in the roadway. The subject was located at Redi Mart on Glades Road and showed several signs of impairment. He also had two Xanax tablets in his pockets.

Officers arrested 39 year old Dana Moore of Berea KY and charged him with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Public Intoxication.

ARRESTED

Public Intoxication: On 11/04/2017 officers were called to Barberry Lane in reference to a suspicious person walking in people’s yards. The subject was located, and showed several signs of impairment. As he was being placed under arrest, he attempted to get away, but was eventually taken into custody. During the struggle, one of the officer’s uniforms was damaged.

Officers arrested 36 year old Richard Eggers of Somerset KY and charged him with the following:

-Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree
-Resisting Arrest
-Public Intoxication
-Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree
