According to Madison County Sheriff Mike Coyle, on Tuesday October 10, 2017 around 2:30 p.m. the Madison County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a suspicious person who disappeared into the woods on Baldwin Road.
Deputy Jeff Bol and Deputy Kevin Crutcher made contact with Anthony Cornelison and Melissa Wolke at an abandon house off of Baldwin Road.
During a search of the house, Deputy Bol and Deputy Crutcher recovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia. With the assistance the Madison County Sheriff’s Office K-9 GoKu, suspected Heroin and suspected Methamphetamine was located in Anthony Cornelison’s vehicle along with additional drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Cornelison, 51, of Richmond was arrested and charged with Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Trafficking in Marijuana 1st Offense, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Heroin), Deliver/Manufacture Drug Paraphernalia, and Theft of a Motor Vehicle Registration Plate.
Melissa Wolke, 35, of Richmond was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Marijuana 1st Offense and Public Intoxication.
Cornelison and Wolke were lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
