RICHMOND POLICE REPORT JULY 30, 2017

ARRESTED

Burglary: On 07/28/2017, Richmond police arrested Phillip T. Wells,32 of Hager Drive Richmond, Kentucky. Wells is charged with Burglary 3rd and Criminal Mischief 1st in connection with the Burglary at Ollie’s in University Center. On 07/21/2017, two suspects broke into Ollie’s and cut open the safe. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.

Wells was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. Police are still looking for the second suspect..

ARRESTED

Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drug: On 07/28/2017, Richmond police arrested Judith Elkins,33 of Hill Street. Richmond, Kentucky for Speeding, Fleeing or Evading Police, Reckless Driving and Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drug 1st, Disregarding Stop Sign and Wanton Endangerment 1st (Police Officer).

Elkins was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Shoplifting: On 07/25/2017, Richmond police arrested Samatha Fellows, 18 of Todd Lane. Richmond, Kentucky for shoplifting $102.00 worth of merchandise at J.C Penney.Fellows stated she was stealing the items to give as a gift.

Fellows was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center

ARRESTED

Assault: On 07/26/2017, Richmond police arrested Brian Jackson, 29 of Dogwood Drive. Berea, Kentucky for (2) counts of Assault 1st. On 07/25/2017 around 11:23 pm above subject got into a verbal with two subjects over a vehicle. Jackson then took a tire iron and assaulted one subject and stabbed the other subject in the rib cage, left bicep and the left pectoral area. Both victims were transported to U.K Medical Center.

Jackson was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center later that night, when he was located on Powell Drive.

ARRESTED

Trafficking in a Controlled Substance: On 07/25/2017, Richmond police arrested Ruth Miller 65 of 700 North Third Street. Richmond, Kentucky. Miller had two warrants for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st ( Heroin) and Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st (Cocaine). After searching Miller, she was found to be in Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Cocaine) and Possession of Marijuana.

Miller was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Receiving Stolen Property: On 07/24/2017, Richmond police arrested Calvin King,46 of Hazard Kentucky for Receiving Stolen Property, Failure to Maintain Insurance and License to be in Possession. KIng was involved in a traffic accident in a stolen Vehicle.

King was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Shoplifting: On 07/25/2017, Richmond police arrested Susan Mundy, 53 of Sizemore Dr.. Richmond, Kentucky for shoplifting at Redi Mart on Second Street.

Mundy was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Possession of Controlled Substance: On 07/23/2017, Richmond police arrested Leeanne White, 38 of Richmond, Kentucky for Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd (Methamphetamine) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

White was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Shoplifting: On 07/24/2017, Richmond police arrested Jessifer Martinez, 19 of North Carolina for shoplifting $55.00 worth of merchandise from Kohols.

Martinez was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

WANTED

Wanted: Nashon Mullins is wanted for fleeing from a traffic stop and colliding with a RPD cruiser as he fled.

Wanted: This subject stole a Rolex watch. This subject could be in the Lexington area. Photo of the Rolex watch is attached. A reward is offered for his arrest and conviction.

The suspect is driving a flat color black, like it had plastic dip on it, BMW with Texas plates JNS-6195 that is stolen.

Wanted: Richmond police need your help to identify this subject at the ATM machine at Peoples Bank on Brandy Lane. The subject was driving a black Honda Civic.
