Richmond Police Report Jun. 5, 2017

ARRESTED

Theft By Unlawful Taking over: On 06/02/2017, Richmond police arrested David Kelly, 30 5th Street. Richmond, Kentucky. Kelly stole a Chevy Truck from Tr-County Fertilizer and was apprehended driving the truck on Irvine Rd. Kelly was charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking over $500.

Kelly was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Theft by Unlawful Taking: On 06/04/2017, Richmond police arrested Kenneth Marlowe,38 Ty Lane Richmond, Kentucky for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $500. Marlowe took a $695.00 I phone from the YMCA. While officers were attempting to locate suspect at his residence, suspect attempted to run out the back door of his residence. As the officer grabbed suspect, the officer was bitten by the suspects pitbull on the right ankle. The pitbull had to be tased in order for the dog to release the officers ankle. The officers boot saved him from serious injury and the officer was treated and released for injuries to his ankle. Marlowe was also charged with Wanton Endangerment 1st ( Police Officer) , Failure to Appear and Fleeing and Evading Police 2nd Degree.

Marlowe was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Trafficking in Controlled Substance: On 06/04/2017, Richmond police arrested Vickie Chesnut, 54 London, Kentucky for shoplifting $242.96 worth of merchandise from Kohls. Chesnut was also charged with Possession of Burglary Tools, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st and Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug.

Chesnut was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Burglary: On 06/04/2017, Richmond police arrested Tammy Cain, 44 East Bernstadt, Kentucky for Burglary 3rd and Possession of Burglary Tools at Kohls. Cain stole $263.78 worth of merchandise and had been trespassed from all Kohls for shoplifting in the past.

Cain was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Trafficking in Controlled Substance: On 06/03/2017, Richmond police arrested Terrance Lamont Fitts, 46 Moorehead, Kentucky for Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st (Cocaine), Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st ( Heroin) and Persistent Felony Offender on an Indictment warrant.

Fitts was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

STOLEN

Stolen: Richmond Police are looking for a stolen 2015 Chevrolet Equinox from Adams Buick. This vehicle has no tags.
