Possession of Controlled Substance: On 06/25/2017, Richmond police arrested Jamie Hoevenaar Parms, 29 for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st (Methamphetamine) and Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 2nd and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Parms was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Possession of Controlled Substance: On 06/23/2017, Richmond police arrested Woody Henson, 51 years old of Spurlin Trailer Park. Richmond, Kentucky for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st ( Methamphetamine), Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1st, Bail Jumping and Probation Violation.

Henson was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Burglary: On 06/25/2017, Richmond police arrested Randy Frost,30 Rice Lane. Richmond, Kentucky for Burglary 3rd. On 06/17/2017 Frost broke into the Martin Law Office on Main Street. Frost identified himself as being the person in the photo at the break in.

Frost was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Possession of Controlled Substance: On 06/22/2017, Richmond police arrested Jessica White, 35 for Pulic Intoxication and Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd (Suboxine) and Kolonopin. White was in J.C Penneys with her baby in a stroller, falling asleep and leaving her baby several times.

White was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. Social Services were contacted.

ARRESTED

Wanton Endangerment: Richmond police arrested Jamie Isaacs,32 Mckee, Kentucky for Wanton Endangerment 1st and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Police and E.M.S were dispatched to call from a 9 year old who stated her mother was in the car not breathing on Evansdale.Isaacs was located in the drivers seat and was treated by E.M.S. Isaacs stated she had been to CVS with her children and had shot-up Heroin in the ladies bathroom, in the presence of her children, then drove to Evansdale and became Nauseous and disoriented as she with driving with her children in the car. The nine year old stated she tried breaking the syringe, because she knew it was bad. The nine year old witnessed the mother shooting up. The conduct of Isaacs manifested extreme indifference to the value of human life that created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to the children.

Isaacs was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

ARRESTED

Possession of a Controlled Substance: Richmond police , arrested Brianna Stone, 20 Hager Dr. Richmond, Kentucky for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st (Cocaine).

Stone was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.
