Gena Clark Dooley, age 54, died Friday, June 23, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Mrs. Dooley was born April 08, 1963 to the late Arval Anderson & Ethel Carpenter Clark.
She was of the Holiness faith, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, and she loved to care for other people.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Lynn Horn, and three brothers, Gary Douglas, Danny Dale, and Richard Anderson Clark.
Mrs. Dooley is survived by, her husband, William Dooley of Berea, KY., her children, Gordon Ray (Misty) Horn, Jr., and Ada Breann Horn both of Richmond, KY., Elliott, Daron, and Mitchel Dooley all of Berea, KY., two brothers, Joseph Clark, and James Michael (Tammy) Clark both of Mount Vernon, KY., three sisters, Goldie (Terry) Kirby of Berea, KY., Donna (George) Kirby and Linda Lawson both of Mount Vernon, KY. 12 grandchildren, Austin Hill, Payton Tillery, Kadence, Kimber, Ava, and Adalynn Horn, Aron, Curtis, Alexis, Emily, and Destiny Dooley also survive.
Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Artie Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in the Clark Cemetery in the Climax community of Jackson County. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be, Rodney Coffey, Mitchel Dooley, Dale Robbins, Joe Clark, Mike Clark, and Austin Hill.
