KRS 510.050 Rape in the second degree
(1) A person is guilty of rape in the second degree when:
(a) Being eighteen (18) years old or more, he engages in sexual intercourse with another person less than fourteen (14) years old; or
(b) He engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is mentally incapacitated.
(2) Rape in the second degree is a Class C felony.

To convince you to pay, they might pretend to be with the IRS and say you’ll be arrested if you don’t pay back taxes right now. Or pose as a family member or online love interest who needs your help fast. But as soon as you put money on a card and share the code with them, the money’s gone for good.
If you’re not shopping at the iTunes store, you shouldn’t be paying with an iTunes gift card. Other payment methods scammers might ask for include Amazon gift cards, PayPal, reloadable cards like MoneyPak, Reloadit, or Vanilla, or by wiring money through services like Western Union or MoneyGram. Government offices won’t require you to use these payment methods.
The Microsoft scam saying they are with Microsoft and detected a problem with your computer.
Gift Card Scams: We would like to warn residents that anyone asking for gift cards or any sort of pre-paid credit card over the phone is part of a scam.
“If people are getting calls about a pre-paid card, just hang up. These people try to call senior citizens and sometimes ask for $100 Itune card in return for $10,000 cash. This is a scam. Don’t fall victim to it.
Wanted: This person used a fraudulent credit card, The numbers were a skimmed number on a different card, at Wal-Mart. The victim was in possession of the original card and lives in northern KY.

Wanted: On May 02,2017 at 8:58 pm this subject used a stolen credit card to purchase a $210.60 Walmart gift car at Richmond Walmart. The man is wearing a grey striped shirt and black ball. Case #17001177.
