RSP Charge: On 07/17/2015, police charged Abdulhakim Alrashdan, age 29, Louisville, for possession of a stolen vehicle.

At approximately 12:10 P.M., an officer was dispatched to the 2000 block of Ty Lane in response to a report that a stolen vehicle was in the area. The vehicle was described as a red, 2015 Chevrolet Camaro. Upon arrival, the observed the vehicle in question and that it was occupied by a driver and a passenger. Alrashdan was identified as the driver while the passenger was a local resident with no involvement in the offense.

It was subsequently determined that Alrashdan had rented the vehicle from Avis in Louisville and failed to return it. A complaint was subsequently filed with the Louisville Police in which the vehicle was reported as stolen.

Alrashdan was charged for Receiving Stolen Property over $10,000 and lodged in the MCDC.

Theft by Unlawful Taking: On 07/20/2015 Richmond Police arrested Ruby Wagoner 23 of Francis Drive, Richmond, Kentucky.

Miss Wagoner was an employee of McDonalds working the drive -thur. At the end of her shift, she exchanged a counterfeit one hundred dollar bill for a real one hundred dollar bill from drive – thur cash register.

She was observed on video and admitted knowing the bill was counterfeit. She was charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and Theft by Unlawful Taking. She was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

Parole Violation: On 07/20/2015 Richmond Police arrested Darrell Walker 44 of Riva Ridge Drive on a Parole Violation Warrant.

He is lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

STOLEN
STOLEN

Theft of Boat: Reported 05/21/2015. Journey Auto and Boat Sales, 193 Automotive Drive. At approximately 0400 hours, a patrol officer discovered that a portion of the fence surrounding the aforementioned business had been cut open. Tire tracks were also observed in the grass and it appeared that a boat may have been stolen from the business. A representative of the business was contacted and confirmed that a boat was missing. The stolen boat was described as a 2008 Lowe 18.8–foot aluminum boat, silver/gray in color, VIN ‪#‎LWCB0019E808‬, registration ‪#‎KY‬-0563-JH, with a Mercury 115hp motor attached. The boat was on a 2008 Kara boat trailer, VIN ‪#‎5KTBS201X9F502347‬, model ‪#‎LB2200‬. (1165/406
