  1. I am so so blessed to have spend the last 5 yrs with my Baby Jay. Our time was cut short but he will always have my heart. We had a special love like no other. The kind most never experience in a life time. I so blessed to have spend everyday with him until he took his last breath. But he may be gone but he will always have my heart and our boys…from Leah, Noah and Hunter.. WE LOVE U DAD .
