Henry Hawkins, retired journeyman meat cutter and hunter, will demonstrate how to safely and properly process a deer using food safety guidelines (depending on availability of deer carcass.) He will discuss the importance of food safety and sanitation, in obtaining a healthy, quality product to serve your family.
