Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Help Boy Scouts

Boy Scouts

Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Aquatic Education specialist Jamie Alton instructed numerous Boy Scouts on various aspects of angling to help the Scouts obtain their Fishing merit badge at the Blue Grass Council Fall Camporee, attended by over 400 Boy Scouts from central and eastern Kentucky counties. Thanks to the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond for hosting this weekend, and to KDFWR staffers for helping prepare the grounds and providing instruction on fish and wildlife-related badges and ideas for Scout conservation projects.
